50:50 Polyester Epoxy Resin Fast Cure and Excellent Flow for Hybrid Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
HH2581 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 50/50 hybrid powder coatings to be cured at 180℃.
Hybrid powder coatings are prepared by using epoxy resin and polyester resin as the main raw materials, and have their own unique properties, so that the produced coating film has excellent leveling, decorative, mechanical properties and strong Corrosion resistance, widely used in the coating of various indoor metal products. Mainly used for surface coating of automobiles, household appliances, metal furniture, instrumentation, indoor fitness equipment, radiators and other industries.
Epoxy-polyester powder coatings have the following advantages:
1): The choice of raw materials is wide, polyester and epoxy are available in many brands and specifications;
2): polyester resin and epoxy resin under curing temperature conditions Low melt viscosity, good leveling and decorative coating;
3): Epoxy-polyester coating has good acid and alkali resistance.
